Words that cost the climate - "ready to do so"

How 4 little words and changing another from "commitments" to "contributions" changes the climate change climate.

Impressive work by the group of 130 developing countries to water down their climate commitments.  Now they have their "get out clause" should this stop Europe and others pushing ahead with their own ambitious plans?  It will certainly not help garner public support in struggling EU countries.

The new "Warsaw International Mechanism" is an interesting development but pretty toothless at this stage and of course hinges on the "climate change induced weather intensification" on which the jury is still out.
