Copenhagen was a predictable disaster. Being an economist has its benefits. I for one expected nothing less than a total and utter disaster and can take what small pleasure there is in being right (whilst the planet collapses around me).

A fair comment. Here's hoping something might happen next time around. As some economists have been pointing out, it's probably better that individuals get a move on doing something than waiting for governments to act.
If it's any consolation, at least attendance was really good. That has to count for something.
Hilarious cartoon. Has any collaborative effort between two countries or more succeeded at all this year?
